Why FCL?
How often is it that you can say, “I started a grassroots movement to make a difference in my community and succeeded?”
The Future Civic Leaders High School Chapter Program is college-run after-school mentorship program designed to empower high school students to maketangible, sustainable changes in their community.
Through our action-based I CAN Curriculum, students are able to say:
1.) I CAN voice my opinion, persuade my peers, and create a following
2.) I CAN know the best civic activism strategies in the world
3.) I CAN collaborate with elected officials
4.) I CAN NOW make a difference in my community
5.) I CAN START A MOVEMENT
